Jesus gave us a large example to live up to. His love for both God and the world was perfect. Even though we might already be followers of Christ, we still have a long way to go until we love the way Jesus did.
Luckily for us, God has blessed us with the Holy Spirit, who can empower and encourage us to continually improve in our ability to love. God also blessed us with the church, which unites us in community to learn from one another, encourage each other in our journeys, and unite together to create change larger than we ever could on our own.
